An Entrepreneur with a passion for Success Extensive experience in a multi- faceted Industry has honed Johan’s innate talent for Sales to a high degree. Coupled with an uncanny business sense, this has led to Johan achieving a reputation for excellence within his field. Johan has been active in Sales for more than 18 years, and is an Auctioneer by trade. He obtained his Diploma in Marketing Management, as well as a Diploma in Newspaper Management. Along with these qualifications, he has qualified at the SA Auctioneering College; and has also completed a number of courses in Customer Relations. This attests to the fact of Johan’s multi- faceted approach to his personal interests, and to his business successes. Johan has a genuine interest in people and has generously given of his personal time and talent to undertake a number of Charitable Auctions to feed back into the lives of those less fortunate.

Through the years and devotion to persons over 50 years of age Nellie van Staden has become a household name in the Retirement Market. Nellie initially started in 1978 as an estate agent selling residential properties. In 1979 Nellie van Staden Properties was registered as a sole proprietor and changed to Nellie van Staden Properties (Pty) Ltd in 2005 and focused on retirement developments by which new trends were set in this niche market. Being extensively involved in the industry and obtained first-hand experience of the needs and shortfalls in the retirement sector. Retirement villages have the benefit that all individuals can invest at a younger age by buying a unit while renting it out for the interim.
